What to Expect in the Role:

Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
Schedule appointments and surgeries accurately and efficiently
Answer phone calls and relay messages appropriately
Check clients in and out, including processing payments and invoices
Oversee our online pharmacy and other online platforms
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Support the team with general front desk and administrative duties
Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Minimum Qualifications:

Prior experience in a veterinary practice or medical office is preferred
Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability, attendance, and accountability
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Motivated to continue learning and developing skills within veterinary medicine
